Returns We are pleased to accommodate returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have passed since you received your product, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please Note: Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for products that have been used. Discovery Sets are handcrafted for sampling purposes and are final sale (not eligible for refunds or exchanges).
How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact us at connect@jycty.ca. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We allow an item to be exchanged only once.
Shipping The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returning or exchanging items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your total.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
